There are 30 Technical Colleges, 9 College of Technology and Department to the purview of Infrastructure Development Division to provide infrastructure facilities.
Functions:
Identification of Building requirements and prepare required details for project proposals in order to make recommendation to the Department of National Planning
Estimating for Building construction/renovation and other infrastructure facilities.
Prepare required details for all construction projects to obtain necessary cabinet approval
Implementation of all construction and rehabilitation project.
Review progress and monitoring the project to get the annual target.
Provide necessary instruction to solve the matters which arise when implementing construction & renovation works.
Coordination with consultant on related Construction/Rehabilitation project.
Preparation of Annual Plan related to Infrastructure Development Division
